-=( Quake Model Flag Utility )=-
This is a simple little utility that changes the Effects byte in a
Quake .MDL file. Why would you want to do this you ask? Well, this
single little byte controles what the model will do (eg. bleeding heads,
smoking missiles, rotating backpacks ). If your designing your own
models in "Breeze Designer" and "MedDLe" like myself this tool just might
come in handy to you. You won't have to mess around with modelgen and
texmake anymore. Yes! It's just a plane old DOS progie. Anyway, it's
simple to use and there's helpfull code reference built into the .exe.
Just type "qmflag /?" for info. It's great for you people who never
look at these boring readme's :)
