Hi.

  This is a small program that will decode text chat in console dumps.
  To make a console dump type this command at the console while playing.

  condump 

  This will create a file named filename.txt in the ctf directory (or
  baseq2 if you are not playing CTF).

  To decode it, run the q2decode.exe (or q2decode for linux) with the
  filename as an argument. It will create a new file named filename.new
  which is the decoded version of the original console dump.

  This program is free. Do what you like with it as long as nobody is
  hurt.
