SmartPAK is Win32 console application, it allow you to view and extract
contents of Quake2 *.pak files in batch mode (no GUI at all). It is not
so "smart" yet, but it will be, i promise ;) No specific DLL's required.
This program misses a lot of features, they will be implemented as soon,
as it possible. For now it is able only to list and extract contents of
PAK. Invoke spak.exe with -h or -? command to get some help.
