Loki Minion's Capture The Flag South Park Radio Addon

This is the version 0.3, dated May 16th, 1998!
All the old sounds have been enhanced, and there are
10 new sounds!
Just unzip with -d (or keeping directory structure with
WinZip) into your existing lmctf directory.
