About:This config is a combination of many alias from different 
athors and I thank them all for their scripts. It is made for 
a 4 button mouse but since I don't have one yet button 4 is q 
and button 3 is r. Change them to whatever you want. 
Directions:
It works by pressing and holding button 4 then press the combination you want.
Heres a tree. Use fullscreen notepad and 800x600 to see it

Using zoom on\of will change your normal bvindings between these.Again change them as you like.
zoom off mode: button1=attack
               button2=previous weapon
               button3=Rocket jump
zoom on mode:  button1=attack
               button2=zoom out
               button3=zoom in
