How do I respond to a question?

However, they can hold onto your responses in their ZOOMNIA accounts for as long as they want and some may take longer to contact you. Do I pay ZOOMNIA a commission if I get a new customer?
No. No fees. What you bill your new customer is 100% yours.
What happens to my response if I don't get the customer?
Your response will always be published on our Answer Forum after 48 hours. Again, there’s no charge to you. Each response stays there for at least six months, so thousands of Internet searchers can find you and contact you.

3. You can simply ignore the question. The customer won’t even know you looked at it. Of course, there’s no cost for this.

On ZOOMNIA's home page, you’ll choose a specialty and type your question in the space provided. We give you tips to help you, such as: Include every important detail, to help our specialists give you the most valuable answer. For example, instead of, “I need a personal trainer so I can get in shape,” how about, “I need a personal trainer in the Scarsdale area who can come to my home in the early a.m. three times a week. I’d like to do weight training, and I have the equipment.” See? Like that. The more details, the better the answer, and the better prepared your specialist will be to answer you.
How will I get my answers?
As soon as your answer is available, ZOOMNIA will e-mail you with a link that will send you straight to your answer.
When will I get my answers?
That varies, of course. Some questions can be answered quickly. Others require more time. You can be sure that your answers will be developed just for you.
What will my answers look like?
Specialists will answer your question as precisely as they can. They are committed to helping you solve your problems and will be providing information, advice and a service offering, if appropriate. You will receive up to three answers.
